One ADS operating system for the way your team actually works.
Everything ADS staff use — CRM, sales, proposals, projects, engineers, procurement, stock, support and finance visibility — is managed inside one OS. Selected automations and communications are powered invisibly in the backend to reduce build cost.
Start here.
The walkthrough will explain the single ADS OS, what the team manages inside it, and how hidden backend automation reduces the cost of the build across sales follow-up, communications and recurring workflows.
The requirement is still bigger than a CRM.
Revision 2 changes the technical architecture, not the operational problem. ADS still needs one practical way to see customers, properties, sales, projects, engineers, kit, finance status and aftercare without reconstructing the picture from separate systems and personal knowledge.
Reuse proven backend infrastructure
We do not need to rebuild the underlying engines for automation, follow-up, email, SMS, messaging, newsletters and notifications. They remain hidden behind the ADS OS.
Build one OS around ADS
FTOS concentrates the custom work on the complete operational experience ADS actually needs day to day.
The same operational problems still need solving.
The revised architecture is lower cost because less underlying infrastructure is bespoke — not because the core ADS problems have disappeared.
A simpler architecture can still return meaningful capacity.
These are the same illustrative scenarios used in Revision 1. They are not guaranteed savings; they show the scale of modest improvements across a 15-person team.
10 team members save 15 minutes per working day
25 quotes/week save 10 minutes each
10 demos/week save 10 minutes
5 reports/week save 15 minutes
The value may show up as more project work, faster service, less overtime or more senior time spent on sales and delivery decisions.
A shared pipeline and visible next actions can make follow-up behaviour more consistent even though Revision 2 uses HighLevel for the underlying automation.
One ADS Operations OS
One ADS-branded system across the customer and project lifecycle. The team works entirely inside the OS; selected backend automation and communications are powered by proven infrastructure that ADS never needs to see or manage separately.
A detailed look at what is included.
Revision 2 is a complete operating proposal in its own right. Open each section below for the detailed capability set.
One system, different views for different people.
ADS staff do not need to learn or log into HighLevel. Directors, sales, projects, procurement, finance and engineers each work from the relevant view inside the same ADS OS.
One OS for ADS. Invisible automation underneath.
Revision 2 looks and behaves like one ADS system. The technical saving comes from reusing proven backend engines for communications and automation rather than custom-building every background service.
ADS manages everything here
Powered invisibly behind the scenes
Lower scope does not mean lower baseline security.
Revision 2 still requires deliberate permissions, controlled access to sensitive credentials, role testing and integration QA. The saving comes from a smaller architecture, not from removing security work.
Users only see the records and actions appropriate to their operational role.
Sensitive technical access is masked, restricted and auditable.
Backend automation and Xero connections are tested against the agreed scope before rollout.
Engineer and support journeys are tested on the devices and screen sizes they are intended for.
Core sales, project, procurement, finance and support flows are checked end to end.
Security, integration and platform maintenance continue through the concierge service.
Build one ADS OS, connect the hidden automation layer, then roll it out in controlled stages.
The detailed programme and dates will be confirmed after the architecture session. Revision 2 still follows a controlled software-build process; the lower cost comes from reusing backend automation infrastructure, not from giving ADS a generic CRM setup.
Confirm the ADS data relationships, roles, operational workflows, Xero scope, migration sources, automation requirements and priorities.
Configure the hidden backend workflows for follow-up, email, SMS, messaging, newsletters, reminders and notifications that support the ADS OS.
Build the custom navigation, role-based dashboards and connected customer/property/project experience.
Connect enquiries, demos, opportunities, proposals, follow-up and commercial visibility.
Build the focused project workspace, visits, engineer field view, files, credentials and internal updates.
Complete procurement, stock/kit, CSV export, support portal, finance visibility and simple Xero connection.
Test permissions, roles, mobile workflows, core journeys, integrations and simulated edge cases.
Import agreed current/active records from accessible exports and prepare the starting operational dataset.
Run the system with realistic records, make agreed refinements and train the relevant ADS users.
Continue maintenance, support and reasonable smaller improvements after launch.
Start Revision 2 with the active information the team actually needs.
Revision 2 includes a more focused migration approach than the full historical migration envisaged in Revision 1.
Revision 2 is priced around a practical active/current-data migration, not five years of manual legacy reconstruction. If a source cannot provide usable exports or extensive manual clean-up/re-entry is required, that work will be assessed separately before it is undertaken.
One complete ADS Operations OS.
The £6,997 implementation covers one connected ADS system, including the hidden automation and communications setup required behind it. ADS is not buying or operating two software platforms.
Architecture, the complete ADS OS, CRM and sales workflows, proposals and commercial records, project and engineer experience, procurement and stock with CSV export, internal updates, secure credentials, support, simple Xero integration, reporting, and the hidden automation/communications configuration behind the system.
The backend HighLevel layer is included within the FTOS solution. ADS staff do not need a separate HighLevel account or login.
Variable provider usage such as SMS, WhatsApp or other metered services may be charged separately where applicable.
Major functionality listed in the future roadmap is not silently assumed within £6,997.
£297 + VAT per month
The custom ADS layer is intended to remain maintained and useful after launch rather than being handed over as static software.
Start focused. Add deeper automation only where it earns its place.
The following Revision 1-level capabilities can be added later but are not assumed inside the £6,997 Revision 2 implementation.
Ready to move forward?
If ADS is happy with the proposed direction, the next step is simply to confirm that you would like FTOS to proceed. We will then organise project commencement, onboarding, the initial architecture session and the development schedule.
Karl can confirm the next step and get the project commencement process moving.
